Data We Collect. We may collect the following categories of personal information directly and indirectly, via our business partners and service providers, from the individuals involved in our clinical trials:

● Identifiers: We do not have direct access to Trial patients’ identifiable Personal Data, meaning that we are typically unable to directly identify Trial patients. Your Personal Data is collected by the clinical research organization (CRO) assisting us with the Trial, the Trial site (the doctor’s office, clinic, hospital, or other healthcare facility where the Trial is being conducted), or other third parties, such as your primary care doctors. When any information relating to Trial patients is shared with us, it will be key-coded (also known as "pseudonymized") so that you will not be identified by any direct personal identifier.
● Characteristics of Protected Classifications under California or Federal Laws: Race; gender identity; age
● Health-Related Information: Medical and Health-Related Data (including, in relation to some trials, biometric information, such as DNA samples)
● Children's Data: Name, Contact Information, Race, Gender Identity, Age and Medical and Health-Related Data(with parental or guardian consent)

How We Use Data. We collect this personal information to provide our services, develop our Technologies, and for identification, security, and legal/compliance purposes.

(i) To fulfill our legitimate interests, including to manage our business operations; to take steps to prevent, detect or investigate crime, fraud, misconduct or any unlawful actions or omissions; to comply with our policies and procedures, including under applicable laws and regulations, guidelines and notices; (ii) to inform you of our Technologies and to provide you with relevant updates; and (iii) for other purposes with notice to you and with your consent where necessary.

Data We Do Not Collect. We do not collect the following categories of personal information: financial account information; geolocation data; education information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99); audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information; commercial information; or inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. If we ever need to collect any of these categories of data, we will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent.

Legal Bases for Processing. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, this type of information is not considered personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. However, in order for us to provide our Technologies or Services, we may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients:
